Yes, that does mean we're in CO and yes our life is semi-stable enough to do a menu plan. I'll go into more details later, but we're in our home (rented) and we're just busy setting it up, starting from scratch, and getting settled. It feels so good to be back in CO!!!!
Monday-- Chili
Tuesday-- Soft shelled taco bar
Wednesday-- Baked Chicken, White sauce pasta, steamed broccoli
Thursday-- Lamb Shank with Mashed potatoes, sesame green beans
Friday-- Chuckwagon Stew in the crockpot
Saturday-- Homemade Pizza
Sunday-- Breakfast for dinner...pancakes, eggs, and bacon
