Monday- Sausage, Rice, Black Beans, Corn
Tuesday- Easy prepped food from freezer....chicken nuggets, fries, hot dogs (Mom is out) :)
Wednesday- Ranch Chicken Parmesan, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans
Thursday- Enchilada Casserole, Rice
Friday- Baked Ziti, Salad
Saturday- Chili
Sunday- Brinner

I can totally make that Ranch Chicken. Somehow I missed that on Finding Joy. I'm having a horrible time figuring out what I want to eat during this second pregnancy.
