Menu Plan for the week of April 17th

Monday- Basil Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (from last week)

Tuesday- Steak, Potatoes & Zucchini on the grill

Wednesday- Mozzarella Chicken, Pasta, Broccoli

Thursday- Parmesan Crusted Tilapia, Rice, Beans, Veggies

Friday- Slow-cooker BBQ Shredded Beef, Oven Fries

Saturday- Left-overs

Sunday- Easter!!! We're having friends over and we're doing the meat....lamb & turkey. The boys and I will also make our famous "Bunny Cake".
